Before You Apply
Applications are processed through our secure Buildium portal. Please have the following ready:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income (recent pay stubs or offer letter)
- Rental history and references
- Application fee payable by credit/debit card
Each adult occupant (18+) must submit a separate application. Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
