Our applications are handled through the secure Buildium resident portal. Knowing what to expect helps your application move quickly:
What you'll need
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income (pay stubs or offer letter)
- Rental history and references
- Application fee (credit/debit card)
What to expect
- Each adult (18+) submits a separate application
- Credit, background, and eviction screening
- Income generally 3× monthly rent
- Most decisions within 2–3 business days
